The beds ended up decently comfortable (not the best but did not hinder our rest), and there was plenty of space to stow our stuff so we did not have to look at suitcases, etcetera. all week. Being right to the beach is without a doubt the selling point and our favourite element of this house.
Several notes about earlier reviews. There has become a hose outside to help you wash off sand (but no mat at top of stairs), plus the fridge looked pretty new and was not rusty.
that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. many of the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas experienced the most people off the many beaches and even that wasn't what I call crowded". I do recommend bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that come out in the early morning hours and when the Solar starts to set and they do bite. it absolutely was nothing that will keep you indoors nevertheless. there certainly are a couple of state parks in the area and every one of these are beautiful. beautiful is undoubtedly an understatement for being honest! its a very family friendly place and not the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is just too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida and I will make this a yearly holiday vacation. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice and I most likely talked to all of these before I actually made it to indian pass. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself. They say location is everything, and I'd have to agree here. The place by itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt protected, and also the location was awesome, but it surely's just on the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain way too much, but basically the windows ended up all really in need of replacement, as were the doors, the trim, much from the home furniture, etcetera.
The residence is as advertised - nothing extravagant on the house but wonderful location around the beach. No, the house is not full with the latest and best furnishings, but had plenty how to get rid of weeds in flower beds of home for our family of four, was clean, and had everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there wasn't plenty of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or ruin.
